Tenants
The goal of Key Worker Nation Housing is to provide Key Worker tenants with modern and spacious accommodation alongside the support of a dedicated property management service company.
It really is that simple.
We’re also committed to improving the reputations of landlords around the UK by setting a higher stand at every turn. If something needs repairing, it’ll get fixed in double-quick time. If a tenant has a burning question to ask, someone will be on-hand to answer it.
And that’s just for starters.
As part of our housing support, we’ll pay the Council Tax of our Key Worker tenants to help with the current cost-of-living crisis.
We insist on high quality accommodation, conveniently located for Key Worker commutes. On older properties, we’ll always invest the resources to renovate and redecorate so it feels as close to a brand-new property as possible.
All our maintenance, repair and redecoration requirements are handled by MasonKnight Properties, a specialist company with over 30 years of experience who shares our belief that good isn’t good enough when it comes to doing right by tenants.
Calling all landlords and investors
We’re actively seeking like-minded investors who are interested in an opportunity to give something back to Key Workers while still earning a commercial return.
Example opportunities include joint purchases of new properties or ownership/rental return shares in our existing properties.
